Kia Ora,

As you will be aware, New Zealand will be moving into phase 2 of the Omicron response on Tuesday 15 November at 11.59pm.

We acknowledge that the increasing number of Omicron cases in the community will pose some challenges, and we will continue to work hard to ensure we are able to deliver safe and timely care over the coming weeks.

Our teams will be using appropriate personal protective equipment and are all fully vaccinated.

We continue to use many elements of our Covid-safe framework to ensure we are able to keep you and our teams safe.

We will need your help to maximise safety. This means:
•    You MUST wear a medical-grade mask when you are in our facilities. (If you do not have a mask, our teams will be able to provide you with one).
•    We are maximising physical distancing on our sites. You may be asked to wait outside or wait in your car until we call you for your scan.
•    We are limiting visitors/support people on our sites. Where there are exceptional circumstances, support people must be vaccinated and they will be required to show their vaccine pass.
•    We will still be conducting patient screening, so you will be asked to complete a questionnaire before your scan.
•    If you are unwell, please get in touch with us to reschedule your appointment.
Our aim is to ensure you are as safe as possible when you visit our facilities and that we’re also able to keep our teams as safe as possible.

Thank you for your ongoing support.

Ngā mihi nui.
