Back to news

With Auckland having returned to the red traffic light setting, the safety and wellbeing of our patients and team remain our top priority.

All of our branches remain open, and we continue to deliver safe care in line with our Covid-safe protocols.

We are monitoring the evolving situation with Omicron and, in line with other colleagues and stakeholders, will continue to adapt our approach to ensure we are offering safe care.  Thank you in advance for your support and cooperation.

We continue to scan ALL patients and all of our services are available.  Please scan in using the QR code/ Covid Tracer App and fill out a screening questionnaire form on arrival.

Face covering

You must wear a mask to your appointment.  Please note that we now require all patients to wear a medical-grade face covering (e.g a surgical mask).  If you do not have a medical-grade facemask, please let our team know and they will be able to provide for you.

If you feel unwell/are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or are awaiting a COVID-19 test result/have been asked to isolate, please call us to reschedule your appointment.

Please be aware that we may ask you to wait in your car or outside our facilities to assist with maintaining physical distancing before your scan or procedure.

Safety is top priority

All team members are fully vaccinated and will be wearing a medical-grade facemask on-site.

The majority of our team have also received their Covid-19 booster shots in line with Government requirements.

Staff will also be maintaining physical distancing at our sites, and enhanced hygiene measures are in place.  To support physical distancing requirements, some team members will work remotely.

Branch hours

Our Westgate branch will be open from 8:30 am-6:00 pm weekdays, and 9:00 am-6:00 pm on weekends and public holidays.

St Lukes branch will be open from 8:30 am-5:00 pm on weekdays and closed on weekends and public holidays.

All other branches opening hours continue to operate as usual.

Thank you for your ongoing support during this time.
