With Auckland having returned to the Orange Alert Level setting starting 11:59 pm 13 April 2022, our priority remains keeping you and our teams safe when you visit our branches. 

We will continue to implement elements of our Covid safe framework to deliver safe care, and this includes:

•    You must wear a medical-grade mask when you are in our facilities.  (If you do not have a a mask, please mention this to our teams who will be able to provide you with one). 

•    We will continue to maximise physical distancing at our sites. This includes limiting visitors/support people to assist with this. We welcome one support person per patient, and support people are required to wear a mask.

•   We still require you to complete a questionnaire before your scan. Depending on what scan or procedure you have with us, you may also be asked to complete a Rapid Antigen Test which we will supply before your scan or procedure.  If your result is positive, we may need to rebook your appointment. 

•    If you are unwell or have tested positive for Covid-19, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
