With Auckland moving into Orange settings under the new Covid traffic light framework as of 30 December, we will continue to deliver services in line with our Covid-safe protocols.   

Please be assured that our team are continuing to practise hand and respiratory hygiene, appropriate surface decontamination and are implementing physical distancing in our sites.  

 Under Orange settings, we welcome one fully vaccinated support person to accompany a patient to their appointment. 

•        The support person will be asked to show their MyVaccinePass
   
•      Please note that your child cannot fulfil the role of a support person. In the interest of maintaining physical distancing, children should not accompany patients to their appointments
  
  In instances where the patient is under 16 years and their support person is not vaccinated, additional safety protocols will be implemented 
  
  All patients and support people will be required to complete a Covid Screening Questionnaire
  
  Masks must be worn when attending an appointment by patients and support people
