Delivering care at Alert-Level 3

With Auckland at Alert-Level 3 from 11:59pm on Tuesday 21 September, our top priority remains continuing to keep our patients and team members safe.

The protocols and approach we have applied in our branches over the last five weeks under Alert-Level 4 will largely remain the same, with our team continuing to apply relevant elements of our Covid-safe framework.

This includes:

  • You must wear a mask/face covering when you are at any of our sites
  • Support people will not be permitted onsite for your scan
  • All patients will be required to check in on arrival via the Covid Tracer App
  • You will be required to complete a screening questionnaire prior to your scan/intervention
  • Longer spacing between appointments to allow rigorous cleaning, and to regulate the flow of people on site at any given time
  • Our team will continue practising hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene, and physical distancing

Please rest assured that all team members that continue to work under Alert-Level 3 are vaccinated for Covid-19.

All branches except for our St Lukes branch will be open under Alert-Level 3 and we continue to offer diagnostic and therapeutic services in line with regional and national health guidance.

We recommend you book your scan or enquire online before presenting for your scan.

Important note: If you are suffering from any Covid 19 symptoms or have been at a location of interest, please let us know when you book an appointment with us.   For those who have scheduled appointments already,  please give us a call to reschedule your appointment or for further advice.

A friendly reminder that we are unable to take walk-in appointments at Alert-Level 4 or Alert-Level 3.
