Kia ora,

Following the recent Government announcement regarding changes to the country’s Covid-19 response, we have started taking steps to adapt and streamline our Covid-safe protocols.

We will also continue to adjust our approach in line with Government and Ministry of Health guidelines.

Delivering safe and timely care remains our top priority.

Our teams will be using appropriate personal protective equipment and are all fully vaccinated.

We continue to use many elements of our Covid-safe framework to ensure we are able to keep you and our teams safe.

We will need your help to maximise safety.  This means:

•    You MUST wear a medical-grade mask when you are in our facilities.  (If you do not have a mask, our teams will be able to provide you with one).
•    We are maximising physical distancing on our sites.  You may be asked to wait outside or in your car until we call you for your scan.
•    We are limiting visitors/support people on our sites.
We are allowing one support person per patient to be on-site. Support people will be required to wear a mask as well.

•    We will still be conducting patient screening, so you will be asked to complete a questionnaire before your scan.

•    Depending on what scan or procedure you have with us, you may be asked to complete a Rapid Antigen Test which we will supply before your scan or procedure.  If your result is positive, we may need to rebook your appointment.

•    If you are unwell, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
•    All of our sites have other healthcare providers co-located, and there may be increased congestion in these areas.  We encourage you to arrive early to find parking.

Like many organisations throughout the country, the recent Omicron outbreak has posed various challenges, and we would like to thank you for your continued support and for your ongoing willingness to work through these challenges with us.
