Delivering care at Alert-Level 3 : 5 October 2021
Kia ora,
With the Government announcing a three-phase roadmap for easing COVID restrictions in Auckland, we wanted to let you know what this means for us at Mercy Radiology.
Despite some changes to the current Alert-Level settings (of which come into effect at 11:59 pm, 5 October 2021), Auckland remains at Alert-Level 3 and therefore we continue to implement all elements of our Covid-safe framework to keep you and our team safe.
This means that when attending your scan or procedure, the following Covid-safe measures will be in place:
- You must wear a mask/face covering to your appointment
- Support people will not be permitted onsite for your scan
- All patients are required to check in on arrival by scanning the QR code via the Covid Tracer App
- You will be required to complete a screening questionnaire prior to your scan/intervention
- There will be longer spacing between appointments to allow for rigorous cleaning and to minimise the number of people at our branches
- Waiting rooms have been reconfigured to allow for physical and social distancing
- Our team will continue practising hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene, and physical distancing
- All staff that continue to work are fully vaccinated, and will also be taking regular Covid tests
An important note if you are booked for an appointment: If you feel unwell, are suffering from any flu-related symptoms or have visited a location of interest, please give us a call to reschedule your appointment or for further advice.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
